Requirements for verification and authentication of Employment Contract:

  1. Letter to the Embassy/Certification from the company providing three (3) specimen signatures of the employer/HR Manager with company seal/stamp;
  2. The original employment contract or certified true copies of employment contract duly signed by the employer/HR Manager and the Filipino employee should be submitted to the Embassy for verification.
  3. Certificate of Employment
  4. Undertaking of the Employer
  5. The contract should explicitly state the following:

a) Name of the employer, exact address and contact details;
b) Name and Position of the employee;
c) Duration of contract;
d) Salary and other entitlements;
e) Leave entitlement;
f) Place of work;
g) Security;
h) Termination;
i) Health/Medical Coverage;
j) Evacuation of the worker as may be warranted
